From M42 Junction 6 - Take A45 towards Coventry. First exit to roundabout , take 3rd exit onto A452 Kenilworth Road towards Kenilworth/Leamington. At roundabout take 3rd exit A452 towards Balsall Common (ignore signs to Hampton in Arden at this stage). At rounadbout, continue ahead 1st exit."At new roundabout do a u-turn 3rd exit back on yourself. "After speed camera take 2nd driveway signed "Barncroft". We are just before Hilliers Garden Centre. If you reach the roundabout with (The George In The Tree, you have gone too far, just make a u-turn and come back on yourself. 

From M6, junction 4 - take exit A446 towards NEC/Coventry . Merge straight ahead onto A452 Kenilworth Road. At roundabout take 3rd exit onto A452 towards Balsall Common (ignore signs to Hampton in Arden at this stage). At new roundabout do a u-turn 3rd exit back on yourself. From M40 Junction 15 - take exit A46 to Coventry. Exit A46 onto A4177 towards Solihull. At lights turn left onto A4177 towards Stonebridge, NEC, Solihull. Follow A4177 to roundabout signed Stonebridge 3rd exit. Pass "The Honiley Court Hotel" end of road bear left onto A452 Kenilworth Road (opposite Evesons Fuel). Through traffic lights into Balsall Common. Continue straight and pick up dual carriageway at "The George In The Tree/Travel Inn" heading towards NEC. After speed camera take 2nd entrance signed "Barncroft". We are just before Hilliers garden Centre.
